Fish sauce is an umami-rich condiment and sauce made from the extract of fermented fish. It’s used to add depth to a number of dishes, particularly Southeast Asian ones.

Fish sauce is in the Inception stage. It’s considered a premium ingredient that can be found on mostly fine-dining menus.
