Ocean Prime, based in Columbus, Ohio, with 16 locations, will have eggs on the menu on Easter Sunday, one of only two days during the year that the fine-dining chain opens for brunch. Diners can enjoy dishes such as the Crab & Eggs — crab cakes and poached eggs on English muffins with hollandaise. The entrée comes with mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette, and fresh fruit.

The Easter doughnut lineup at Trejo’s Coffee and Donuts in Los Angeles includes the Sweet EGGscape, with coconut glaze, shredded coconut and malted eggs, for $2.50.

For guests looking for a chocolate Easter treat, Nathaniel Reid Bakery in Kirkwood, Mo., offers the Egg Crate — a carton of six hand-painted milk and dark chocolate eggs — for $22.

Egghead, an all-day, egg-focused concept from Tao Group in New York City, is serving an Easter Ham & Eggs Sandwich this week for $5. The holiday-inspired menu item features honey-baked ham, crispy hash browns, tomato and American cheese — all on a housemade cheese brioche bun. Egghead is also offering Eggwyn Peeps, a marshmallow version of its egg mascot made with white chocolate, passion fruit marshmallow and vanilla, for $4.

Chevys, a 23-unit brand operated by Cypress, Calif.-based parent company Xperience Restaurant Group, will serve a bevy of egg dishes, such as huevos rancheros, for Easter brunch on Sunday.

Voodoo Doughnut, a Portland, Ore.-based concept with seven shops, will serve an Easter egg-inspired doughnut Friday through Sunday. The confection, priced at $3, is filled with chocolate Bavarian cream and topped with peanut butter and a vanilla frosting “egg.”

Baskin-Robbins is offering a Speckled Egg Cake for Easter crowds this year. The festive dessert comes with a green “grass” trim and Oreo frosting. The quick-service chain is based in Canton, Mass., with more than 8,000 stores worldwide.
