Spring Pea and Tasso Ham Deviled Eggs starter: Deviled eggs with, tasso ham, Sriracha sauce, chives, and a spring pea coulis
Hearts of Romaine Salad starter: Romaine lettuce with pine nuts, feta cheese, shaved radish, and “gazpacho vinaigrette”
Chicken Penne Primavera entrée: Grilled chicken with grilled spring vegetables, sundried tomato, garlic-light lager broth, and pecorino cheese
Miso Glazed Salmon entrée: Miso glazed salmon with coconut-sweet potato purée, grilled asparagus, and scallion curls
Swordfish Pepper Steak entrée: Swordfish with black pepper, rosemary cream, roasted fingerling potatoes, and vegetables
Chicken Romano entrée: Grilled chicken with baby arugula, shaved radish, and lemon-white balsamic vinaigrette
Grilled Ham entrée: Grilled ham with sweet potato hash, grilled asparagus, and pineapple-Brambleberry glaze, available on Easter Sunday only
