Hurricane Helene has left a 500-mile path of destruction across six states in the southeast that has impacted hundreds of restaurants. But as is often the case, restaurant operators have rallied to provide meals and water, at least as they can, serving as donation drop points, and pooling resources to make the best use of food on hand.

Watch out, restaurants. Grocers are looking to steal some of your business. Whole Foods, Mitsuwa Marketplace, H Mart, Kowalski’s, Seafood City and more are among the grocery retailers with the most-robust foodservice programs. That’s according to Technomic data on estimated average prepared foods sales per location.

Arby’s is getting a new president. David Graves, the former president of Pizza Hut U.S., was named head of the sandwich chain on Monday.

Doug Willmarth is stepping down as president and CEO of Mooyah Burgers Fries and Shakes after three years at the helm. Willmarth didn’t say what his plans were — though he did say he would reveal his next step on Tuesday.
