DALLAS Pizza Patrón, the 92-unit Latin-focused pizza chain, has named Guillermo Estrada president, replacing Antonio Swad, the chain’s founder, who remains chief executive.
Most recently, Estrada was executive vice president of Pizza Patrón, a position he assumed in 2008. Before joining the Dallas-based chain, he was with Seminis Vegetable Seeds of Oxnard, Calif., and had been an international sales manager for Tyson Foods.
“The Latin life is very unique and we are redefining our strategy to bring this experience closer to the marketplace,” said Estrada, who was born in Mexico.
Pizza Patrón has stores in six states.
