IHOP Corp. has revamped the 1,278-unit chain's menu with the addition of eight items, including several lunch and dinner selections.
Among the new items are savory corn cake pancakes with sweet butter, $5.99; a spinach and mushroom omelet topped with hollandaise sauce and diced tomatoes, $8.99; chicken Florentine crees with spinach, mushrooms, onions, Swiss cheese and hollandaise, $7.99; Garden Stuffed crees with eggs, cheese and vegetables, $6.99; and crees with grilled ham, American cheese and scrambled eggs, $7.49.
New sandwiches are the Ham and Egg Melt on grilled sourdough bread, $6.99; a barbecue-bacon cheeseburger and a bacon-and-egg cheeseburger, both topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion on a Romano-Parmesan bun, each $7.99. The prices were those suggested by the franchisor.
