SALT LAKE CITY Multiconcept casual and fine-dining operator Gastronomy Inc., based here, is deploying to three units Eatec Corp.'s EatecNetX back-office software, the vendor said.
Gastronomy Inc. will work with Web-based EatecNetX at three restaurants, where the application will be integrated with the point-of-sale system and financial reporting application, as a prelude to a companywide rollout, according to representatives of Emeryville, Calif.-based Eatec. The company said its software is designed to enhance purchasing, receiving and inventory control processes and to improve business analysis and enterprise reporting.
Founded inn 1978, Gastronomy Inc. operates eight restaurants and private clubs under the names Market Street Grill, Market Street Oyster Bar and The New Yorker.
