Johnny Rockets has named Chad Hope its next chief financial officer, the company said Thursday.
Hope replaces Gary Campanaro, who served as CFO for less than six months.
“Chad is joining the Johnny Rockets team at an exciting time of growth and opportunity,” said John Fuller, Johnny Rockets chief executive. “Not only is the Johnny Rockets brand truly global, but franchisees are recognizing the benefits of investing in this all-American brand. We look forward to welcoming Chad and his myriad of professional finance experience to our corporate team.”
Hope served most recently as CFO of FSC Franchise Co. LLC, a franchise operator of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and The Brass Tap.

In June, Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based Johnny Rockets was acquired by an affiliate of private-equity firm Sun Capital Partners Inc.
The Americana-themed casual-dining chain has been growing overseas, this year opening its first restaurant in Nigeria. It is also expanding in Central America, Russia, Pakistan, Indonesia and the Philippines. The brand will soon move into Brazil and India for the first time, the company said.
The Johnny Rockets chain includes more than 300 restaurants in 32 states, 24 countries and aboard 11 Royal Caribbean cruise ships.
