MINNEAPOLIS Buca di Beppo chain has eliminated trans fats from all of its cooking oils, including its frying oils, the 92-unit casual-dining chain said. It now uses a cooking oil made from a blend of cottonseed and canola oil.
"Buca di Beppo is committed to providing the best flavors and ingredients in our dishes to give our guests a great experience every time they visit us," said Carron Harris, vice president of food and beverage for the company.
Buca di Beppo, based here, has units in 25 states and the District of Columbia.
