Item: Croissant Donut, a flaky croissant ring glazed like a doughnut, introduced as a limited-time offer in November, is now a permanent item. The chain has sold 8.5 million of the pastries since they launched. Dunkin’ Donuts is planning new flavors, starting with a Boston Kreme Croissant Donut with chocolate icing, to be introduced in March, at a suggested $2.49.
Availability: Introduced as a limited-time offer on Nov. 3, now a permanent item. The Boston Kreme Croissant Donut will be available for an unspecified limited time at participating locations in Monmouth and Ocean counties in New Jersey.
