Gochujang is a sweet and spicy fermented Korean hot sauce often used as a marinade on roast meat or fish and as a flavorful condiment.
Gochujang is in the Adoption stage. The condiment is gaining traction on menus, but is still considered unique. It can be found at independent casual dining and progressive fast casual restaurants.
