The Talent Builder
She’s a bold voice for women in the foodservice industry. An international leadership development expert, best-selling author and renowned thought leader, Hattie Hill has built a successful career around opening doors to the leadership ranks for women and preparing women leaders to walk through them. Long involved with WFF, Hill served as an executive consultant to the board, a board member and interim CEO before being named president and CEO in 2014.
Known for: Her extensive knowledge of the foodservice industry; a proven track record of creating and leading world-class, customized executive leadership development programs; and the enduring belief that “women are very powerful on our own, and when we band together, that power is multiplied.”
Power Move: Though WFF is known for its widely attended annual leadership development conference, with the recent launch of the organization’s touring Leadership Development Workshops, Hill is taking the work of gender equality to the frontlines via local markets across the country.
What’s Next: For the next chapter of WFF, Hill is focused on continuing to open more doors for the advancement of women and creating better equity in the leadership ranks of the multi-billion-dollar foodservice industry.
