Cook, a Hammond, La., native, started his career with Chick-fil-A as an hourly team member at an Atlanta location. He eventually worked his way to become a franchise owner of a Chick-fil-A unit in Pennsylvania and later at his hometown in Louisiana before moving to Manhattan with his family in 2017 to open Chick-fil-A Fulton Street. The first floor of the new location opens to the counter and kitchen, and a staircase allows guests to travel to other stories.
