Working Lunch: Pay disclosure regulations back in play

The EEO-1 form has been revived

The dreaded EEO-1 form divulging pay and gender data that companies have to submit to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has been revived by a federal judge. Align Public Strategies discuss what this means for companies and if the administration can do anything about it.

As a gesture for International Women’s Day, the team runs through the current state of play on gender issues relative to the industry. And it looks like another activist attorney general is taking aim at brands — this time on companies participating in the labor department’s voluntary wage compliance program. The Align crew goes over those stories and wraps up with the legislative scorecard.

Align Public Strategies is a full-service public affairs and creative firm that helps corporate brands, governments and non-profit organizations navigate the outside world and inform their internal decision-making.
