In 2019, chain restaurants adapted to demands for convenience, delivery, healthier items, greener items and more indulgent ones. They celebrated everything from LGBT Pride to the finale of Game of Thrones. They experimented with cheese tea, Cheetos, chicken sandwiches and edible gold, new cuts of meat, new types of bread and spicy slushes.
