Chipotle Mexican Grill introduces Facebook concierge bot ‘Pepper’ to take orders

Chipotle Mexican Grill has expanded the functionality of its digital ordering platforms by adding the option to order through Facebook Messenger, as well as giving consumers the ability to make group orders and donations.
