Pumpkin spice is a blend traditionally made of ingredients such as cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice, which are often used to make pumpkin pies in the fall, especially around Thanksgiving.
Pumpkin spice is in the Proliferation stage – it’s considered to be a specialty offering that can be found on mostly fast-casual restaurant menus.
