Condado Tacos names Natalie Harden CFO

The former Chuy’s Holdings executive has over 20 years of restaurant experience

Ohio-based emerging restaurant chain Condado Tacos named Natalie Harden as its chief financial officer, the company announced on Wednesday.

“We are pleased to welcome [Harden] to the Condado team. As a results-driven leader, she brings a dynamic, data-based approach to growth, financial planning and business strategy,” said John G. Troiano, CEO of private-equity firm The Beekman Group and chairman of the board of Condado Tacos, in a statement. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to have someone who is so highly skilled and also an incredible fit for the Condado culture.”

“I’m looking forward to assisting Condado Tacos as they enter their next chapter of growth and continue to innovate and expand the Condado brand in new and existing markets,” Harden said in a statement. “Condado’s ‘Come As You Are’ culture along with its focus on fresh ingredients and craveable flavors is unparalleled in its industry. I’m excited to work alongside some of the most passionate and dedicated people I have met in the industry.”

In 2023, Condado Tacos was named the winner of the Nation’s Restaurant News Taco Showdown. The growing chain is known for its innovative food items that Chris Artinian, then-president and CEO, said have “the coolness of Taco Bell flavors” but “on steroids.”
