Little Blue Menu, Chick-fil-A’s delivery-led concept that debuted in Nashville in 2021, is adding pizzas to its menu in College Park, Maryland, starting March 18. The lineup includes five new pizzas and a Pepperoni Pizza ‘Round, which the company says is an “ode to the calzone.”
Details of the new menu include:
- The Chick-fil-A Pizza: Mozzarella cheese topped with chopped Chick-fil-A Nuggets, drizzled with Chick-fil-A Sauce and served with pickles.
- Buff-lo-Ranch Pizza Pie: Mozzarella cheese topped with sliced Chick-fil-A Nuggets, buffalo sauce and house-made ranch dressing drizzles, and topped with zesty lemon pepper seasoning.
- Cheese Pizza Pie: Signature tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese and baked.
- Pepperoni Pizza Pie: Signature tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, topped with pepperoni.
- Meats-n-Veg Pizza Pie: Signature tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, topped with pepperoni, sliced sausage, chorizo, meatballs, mushrooms, and red bell peppers.
- Pepperoni Pizza 'Round: A twist on the classic calzone, this baked item features signature tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
“As an innovation kitchen brand, we are constantly looking at what our customers want to better serve them. We've noticed our customers getting creative with Chick-fil-A ingredients on pizzas at home, so, we've decided to jump on board,” Stuart Tracy, senior culinary lead developer at Chick-fil-A said in a statement.
Little Blue Menu also offers signature Chick-fil-A items, as well as bone-in wings, burgers, onion rings, sweet potato tots and crispy brussels sprouts. The concept’s menu was created by Tracy, who tested hundreds of recipes before launch.
When the College Park location opened in September, Tracy said the concept provides a “great opportunity to expose people to new flavors.”
“Now more than ever, people are looking for easy, convenient and most importantly, delicious delivery options, and we’re excited to provide that in College Park,” he said.
Chick-fil-A said the Little Blue Menu’s offerings will be “ever changing,” with guest feedback providing a guide. The menu is available via delivery, mobile pickup, and catering, with all orders placed through the Chick-fil-A app. Additionally, the Chick-fil-A items can be ordered via third-party delivery.
Chick-fil-A’s Little Blue Menu has evolved since its 2021 debut. The concept initially offered a variety of menu options across three virtual restaurant brands – Garden Day, Flock & Farm, and Outfox Wings. The test run has since ended in Nashville, while the concept launched a food truck tour throughout Kentucky and Indiana last year. The food truck has since made its way to Athens, Georgia.
The Little Blue Menu College Park location is the only one offering the new pizzas, however. It is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
