Morrison believes the first step in any relationship is to listen and communicate.

Morrison has more than 20 years of restaurant financial and leadership experience. Prior to joining Wingstop, he served as president and CEO of Pizza Inn Holdings Inc. (now Rave Restaurant Group Inc.) and oversaw the creation and launch in 2011 of the fast-casual Pie Five Pizza Co.

Morrison has been instrumental in expanding the brand internationally. Today there are more than 700 units of the chicken-wing chain open around the world.

In June 2015, Morrison oversaw Wingstop's IPO, which was valued at $110.2 million.

Morrison serves wings from the Wingstop on Wheels food truck at Children of Promise in Brooklyn, N.Y., where Wingstop partnered with the Brooklyn Nets to build a playground for approximately 350 children of incarcerated parents served by the charity.

The stop in Brooklyn was part of Wingstop's summer 2015 Flavor Tour of 10 U.S. cities to spread goodwill through community renewal projects, good deeds and good food.
