DALLAS Pizza Hut is introducing a new value menu with four items between $5 and $6.
The pizza giant joins a growing number of restaurant chains that are offering items around the $5 price point, including Boston Market, Subway and Quiznos. Even casual-dining’s T.G.I. Friday’s is offering a menu of $5 items.
Pizza Hut’s new “Big Eat Tiny Price” menu includes:
- Stuffed pizza rolls: Four pepperoni-cheese rolls with marinara or ranch dipping sauce for $5.
- PANormous pizza: A one-topping, four-slice personal pizza for $5, with additional cost for more toppings.
- P’Zone pizza: A calzone-style pizza with marinara dipping sauce for $5.99.
- Pizza Mia: A one-topping medium pizza for $5.99.
“The math behind the Big Eat Tiny Price Menu is simple,” said Brian Niccol, Pizza Hut’s chief marketing officer. “We take generous portions of great tasting Pizza Hut favorites at a price that's far less than you'd expect. That all adds up to a delicious deal from Pizza Hut.”
Pizza Hut, which has more than 10,000 units worldwide, is a division of Yum! Brands Inc. of Louisville, Ky.
