MEMPHIS Tenn. Perkins & Marie Callender's Inc. has promoted several of its executives, the operator of franchisor of more than 600 family restaurants said Monday.
Pete Pascuzzi, most recently senior vice president for corporate restaurant operations, has been promoted to executive vice president. He will have oversight of corporate restaurant locations and operations services and administration for both brands.
Bob Winters, a 20-year Perkins veteran, was elevated to senior vice president of franchise sales, franchise operations and restaurant development. He will be responsible for franchise sales, real estate and franchise field directors. He also will oversee construction and development for both concepts.
Cheryl Ahlbrandt, most recently vice president of marketing, has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing and research and development. In her expanded role, she will oversee both concepts’ marketing teams and research and development.
Toni Quist has added the oversight of human resources to her responsibilities as vice president of training and operations services. Working under Quist will be Sue Kruse, who was promoted to senior director of training and development for Perkins.
Pascuzzi, Winters, Ahlbrandt and Quist will all report to Jay Trungale, president and chief executive of Perkins & Marie Callender's.
Perkins & Marie Callender's, based here, also licenses food products for sale in grocery stores. The company is majority-owned by an affiliate of Castle Harlan Inc., a New York-based investment firm.
