The new Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar offers 55 items, nearly double the number offered before the upgrade.
Additions to the Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar lineup include shredded kale, chopped romaine, artichoke hearts, roasted corn and edamame.
The Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar features eight new dressings that are made in the restaurant, include the raspberry poppyseed vinaigrette pictured here. Others include Garden Herb Ranch and cilantro-lime vinaigrette.
Ruby Tuesday has revised the presentation of the Garden Bar with enhanced serviceware. The Garden Bar is a “brand differentiator,” interim CEO Lane Cardwell said.
Salad dressings are offered in brightly colored bowls, and Ruby Tuesday has included signage to highlight the “made in-house daily” messaging.
Traditional Garden Bar favorites such as peppers, broccoli and cucumbers remain on the menu.
Ruby Tuesday has priced the new Garden Bar at $8.99 for lunch and $9.99 for dinner. It can also be added to any entrée for $3.99, or substituted as a side starting at $1.49.
