Healthful fast-casual concept is growing
Hargett Hunter Capital Partners has expanded its Original ChopShop concept, which it acquired in July 2016, to four units with the April opening of a restaurant in Queen Creek, Ariz. It has three more openings planned in Arizona this year, according to the firm’s managing partner Jason Morgan. Here’s a look at the fast-casual concept.
