Near the entrance, Dunkin’ has added a beverage condiment bar for customers who prefer to customize drinks with dairy and sugar options. Employees will still ask if customers want cream and sugar.
The merchandise and snack sections include healthful snacks such as bananas and Dunkin’-branded mugs.
Inside the store, an order status monitor allows customers to track their order.
The drive-thru features a digital menu board, an enhancement aimed at driving sales and improving order accuracy.
