Chick-fil-A’s elevated drive-thru concept will be tested in the Atlanta Metro market in 2024.
The elevated drive-thru concept includes four lanes split between mobile order-ahead guests and guests who want to order traditionally through a team member.
The concept features a kitchen above the four drive-thru lanes and wayfinding so order-ahead customers don’t conflict with traditional customers.
The kitchen above the drive-thru lanes includes chutes on each side, allowing for flexibility to ramp up and down as needed depending on volume, daypart and other business ebbs and flows.
