For years, Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s restaurants looked nearly identical, but with the new design, Hardee’s has stepped out of Carl’s Jr.’s shadow. The first redesigned restaurant opened on June 1, and is located in Bellevue, Tenn.
Hardee’s
The iconic yellow star remains part of Hardee’s look, but the new space features “the Americana corner,” as CKE calls it, which “highlights the brand’s quality food preparation and authentic American expression through framed artwork.”
Hardee’s
“The redesigned drive-thru lane is a tribute to our roots and stock car racing,” according to CKE.
Hardee’s
The redesign “celebrates small-town America with the use of genuine textures both inside and out,” according to CKE. “Bricks, warm woods and shiplap siding create an authentic experience that highlights Hardee’s down-home roots and reintroduces the brand and its focus quality food.”
