Sustainable Restaurant Holdings
Sustainable Restaurant Holdings, the parent of Bamboo Sushi and QuickFish, filed for bankruptcy in May. The company said it could not survive the coronavirus-related shutdown. It was acquired by investment firm Sortis Holdings in July.
Maison Kayser’s parent Cosmoledo LLC declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy in September. The company was bought by Aurify Brands in November; the new parent company planned to convert the units to Le Pain Quotidien.
