One of Yolk’s popular menu items is the Chilaquiles Verde with housemade corn tortilla chips, salsa verde, avocado, Jack cheese, red onion, crema and two eggs. Customers can add chorizo, chicken or steak for an extra charge.
The Yolk Berry bliss features housemade Greek yogurt with fresh berries, almond granola and clover honey, with a muffin.
Yolk-branded merchandise includes maple syrup, caps, books, bibs, carafes, cups, coffee, French-press coffee makers and T-shirts. The items are displayed on shelves near the entrance.
