Susan has a proven history of transforming organizations through sales growth, digital prioritization, brand enhancement, integrated marketing strategies and team building. She knows how to pool resources, rally teams and leverage technology. Susan lives in Chicago and is a CIA Fellow, board member and treasurer of the Chicago Chapter of the Les Dames d ’Escoffier and the Lakeside Association.
