CARROLLTON, Texas T.G.I. Friday’s has named Anette Grecchi Gray as corporate executive chef for the 800-unit casual chain.
Grecchi Gray was most recently chef de cuisine at Jiko in the Walt Disney Co.’s Animal Kingdom Lodge in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
She reports to Scott Randolph, who was recently promoted as Friday’s senior director of culinary.
Friday’s is the casual-dining division of Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, which is based here and also owns the Pick-Up-Stix chain.
