DALLAS Brinker International Inc. has signed an agreement with HMSHost Corp. to develop 26 restaurants over the next five years.
The restaurants will be in airports and toll-road locations and include the Brinker brands of Chili's Grill & Bar, Romano's Macaroni Grill and On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina.
Earlier this month, HMSHost opened a scaled-down version of On The Border in Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
Chuck Sonsteby, Brinker’s chief financial officer, said, "HMSHost has long been a leader in travel dining, and through this relationship we will continue to leverage our franchise development, providing guests with convenient locations to experience our portfolio of restaurants."
