COPPELL Texas To celebrate its 25th anniversary, CiCi's Pizza is rolling back its buffet price to $3.99 for a limited time.
Depending on the location, the buffet usually costs $5 to $5.99. The $3.99 deal is good through Feb. 28.
CiCi's Pizza first opened as an independent restaurant in 1985 in Plano, Texas. The company, known for its 24-foot buffet with 18 different pizzas, now has 650 restaurants in 33 states.
