JACKSONVILLE Fla. Firehouse Subs, a 283-unit fast-casual sandwich chain based here, has named Mary Rawlins corporate controller.
In her new position, Rawlins manages accounting and auditing functions for 32 corporate-owned restaurants and more than 250 franchised restaurants. She also is responsible for financial reporting and consolidating budgets. Rawlins served as the company’s assistant controller for the past four years.
A graduate of St. Leo University in St. Leo, Fla., Rawlins has nearly 20 years of experience in restaurant finances. Before joining Firehouse Subs, she was the controller for J-Bar of North Florida Inc., a Burger King franchisee in the Jacksonville, Fla., area.
