CARROLLTON Texas T.G.I. Friday's here has debuted a three-course menu priced at $12.99, featuring the chain's signature "Indulgent" and "Better For You" appetizers, entrees and desserts.
In conjunction with the promotion, the casual-dining concept debuted two new "Better For You" menu options: Island Grilled Mahi Mahi, which is grilled and topped with a light coconut sauce and sprinkled with pineapple pico de gallo and served with stir-fried brown rice and broccoli; and Dragonfire Chicken featuring Kung Pow sauce, mandarin oranges and pineapple pico de gallo, served with stir-fried brown rice and cilantro lime seasoned broccoli. Friday's also added a new "Better For You" dessert: Chocolate Angel Swirl Cake made with chocolate Angel food cake swirled with chocolate mousse and topped with fresh pineapple and strawberries, drizzled with chocolate fudge sauce.
The 855-unit chain's "Indulgent" options include Fried Mac & Cheese, Bruschetta Chicken Parmesan, a Half Rack Baby Back Ribs and Cinnabon Cheesecake. Some of the existing "Better For You" options include Santa Fe Chicken Salad, Sizzling Chicken & Broccoli and California Turkey Burger.
