T.G.I. Friday's is promoting its summer dishes by offering a $10 gift card to customers who order two entrees from the new Caribbean menu.
Friday's Caribbean menu, which was introduced two weeks ago, features such entrées as Caribbean Rockin' Reggae Ribs, Caribbean Steak and Caribbean Chicken, all made with a spiced rum sauce. The menu also includes salads, sandwiches, appetizers and cocktails.
Friday’s said the gift cards are offered when customers order any two of three entrees or four combo items from the Caribbean menu. The promotion is a limited-time offer, the chain said.
Other casual-dining chains have used similar promotions to drive return visits. California Pizza Kitchen, for example, said it would bring back its successful Thank You Card Program in the third quarter of this year, offering customers the opportunity to win prizes on future visits.
Carrollton, Texas-based Friday's has more than 900 restaurants in 61 nations, including about 600 in the United States.
