Chefs Scott Anderson, chef/owner of Elements in Princeton, N.J.; David Felton, executive chef of Ninety Acres in Peapack-Gladstone, N.J.; and Patricia Williams chef of Smoke Jazz & Supper Club in New York City try to spot the difference between local and non-local chicken.
