Recently appointed Kabuki Restaurants sake sommelier Yuji Matsumoto debuted a new line of soju and sake cocktails as part of his plan to help boost beverage sales at the Japanese restaurant chain with locations in California, Arizona and Las Vegas.
The Tokyo Mojito is one of the new cocktails. It's made with the combination of sake and soju, as well as mint, and as with the other drinks on the new cocktail menu, guests can choose their favorite flavor of the Tokyo Mojito. It comes in cucumber, grapefruit or lychee flavors.
