ORLANDO Fla. The seven-unit Seasons 52 will add a steak and mushroom kebab salad Dec. 16.
The new salad will be served with a "touch of blue cheese and a low-fat zesty tarragon dressing that's like béarnaise," said Cliff Pleau, the chain's director of culinary development. The 455-calorie salad, which is also available with a balsamic dressing, will sell for $14.50.
Seasons 52 is scheduled to open its eighth unit next March in Cherry Hill, N.J., the chain's first location outside of the Southeast.
Seasons 52 is a division of Orlando-based Darden Restaurants.
