New offerings include small plates, Brazilian-inspired cocktails and more
In February, Fogo de Chão opened a new Brazilian steakhouse in Dallas’ Uptown neighborhood. The new unit debuted some of the Bar Fogo branding the chain is using to expand its dayparts. Dallas-based Fogo de Chão operates 47 restaurants, 10 of which are in Brazil, as well as two joint-venture restaurants in Mexico City.
