Outback Steakhouse has a new leader. Bloomin’ Brands has promoted Pat Hafner to president of the brand. Hafner most recently served as president of Carrabba’s Italian Grill, which is also owned by Bloomin’.
More changes are coming to Panera. Scott Uehlein has been named vice president of culinary. He most recently was in charge of menu development for Papa Johns, and before that he held similar roles at MOD Pizza and Sonic Drive-In.
