Chefs combine artistry with approachability
Snacks — defined as something purchased for immediate consumption but not for breakfast, lunch or dinner — now account for 11 percent of all visits to restaurants and food retailers, according to The Coca-Cola Company. Restaurateurs have found that the key to attracting customers for these increasingly important occasions is to make the snacks interesting but still fun, approachable and, above all, fast.
