The National Restaurant Association added three new members to its board of directors during the association’s meeting and Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago last month.
The newly inducted members are Maribeth Bisienere, Geoff Hill and Forrest Shoaf.
Bisienere, who serves as vice president, food & beverage and merchandise for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, is responsible for strategy, concept development and business optimization of all food and beverage offerings and the integration of operations. She joined The Walt Disney Co. in 1995. Bisienere will serve on the NRA board until Dec. 31, 2013.
Hill is vice president of Roark Capital Group, which owns Wingstop Restaurants Inc., McAlister’s Deli and Focus Brands. The firm also recently agreed to acquire a majority stake in Arby’s as well as Il Fornaio America Corp. Hill will serve on the NRA board until Dec. 31, 2011.
Shoaf is chief legal officer of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., which operates more than 600 locations in 42 states. He will serve on the NRA board until Dec. 31, 2012.
