The second location, which opened earlier this year, is part of a multiuse complex developed by the Dallas Cowboys near the football team’s new headquarters. 

The Texas location reflects the brand’s Mediterranean roots, with a blue and white color scheme borrowed from Greece, and an open kitchen featuring a flame grill. 

The original location debuted in Washington, D.C., in 2002. 

The restaurant features contemporary takes on classic Greek, Turkish and Lebanese dishes in a refined environment. The brand’s name is Turkish for olive oil.

The menu includes such dishes as seared halloumi cheese with dates, orange segments and olive oil.
