The Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop chain has appointed a former CiCi’s Pizza development executive as vice president of franchise sales, a newly created position.
Bruce Evans, who served previously as vice president of franchise development for CiCi Enterprises LP, this week joined the Las Vegas-based Capriotti’s, a rapidly growing sandwich chain with more than 80 company-owned and franchised locations in 11 states.
While at CiCi’s, Evans updated the recruiting program to increase franchise sales. Prior to that, he worked in development at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. He is enrolled in the Certified Franchise Executive program and is scheduled to receive his CFE designation next year, Capriotti’s said.
