Brian Niccol has a vision for Starbucks. The coffee shop giant’s new CEO on Tuesday laid out a roadmap for his first 100 days on the job. He expects to spend most of that time focusing on the U.S. business, where sales have been declining all year.

Some Subway franchisees are pushing back on the company’s new beverage contract. An attorney for a group of operators sent a letter to the company’s attorney demanding the sandwich chain stop “harassing” franchisees who do not sign a participation agreement for the company’s upcoming beverage contract with Pepsi.
