Iron Hill Brewery names Mark Kirke CEO

Executive joins Pennsylvania-based casual-dining restaurant chain

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has named Mark Kirke as CEO, the company said Tuesday.

Kirke most recently served as CEO at West Palm Beach, Fla.-based TooJay’s.

"We are beyond excited to welcome Mark Kirke to Iron Hill,” Mark Edelson, co-founder and vice president of beer at Iron Hill, said in a statement. “His track record in driving growth in food and beverage will play a key role in our continued evolution."

The company said Kirke will leverage his experience across full-service multi-unit operations and brand building to drive Iron Hill’s growth.

Prior to Toojay’s, Kirke served with such restaurant groups as Hillstone, P.F. Chang's, Artistry Restaurants, and Shrimp Basket.

Iron Hill, founded in Newark, Del., in 1996, has 19 locations in Delaware, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
