Chuy’s Holdings Inc. reported on Tuesday that net income for the June 30-ended second quarter rose 82.6 percent, to $3.2 million, as it opened new units. Austin, Texas-based Chuy’s said it has added six new full-service Tex-Mex restaurants in 2013, bringing its total to 45, and was on track to have eight to nine new restaurants open for the entire year.
