NRN editors break down trends among growth-oriented restaurant brands

Nation's Restaurant News held a live discussion on Facebook on Aug. 5 to break down the results of the 2015 Second 100, a proprietary report exploring sales, expansion and trends among foodservice brands. This special report focuses on a smaller, more growth-oriented universe than the Top 100 report.

NRN editor-in-chief Sarah Lockyer and Alan Liddle, director of data and event content, identified the biggest trends and findings from this year's report and answered questions from Facebook users.
