Double-digit growth is still out there for the right global company, but the road is getting tougher. Average system sales growth decreased from 7.9 percent in 2013 to 4.5 percent in 2014. On a global level, the supercharged growth long associated with emerging markets has also cooled significantly, while European consumer demand also remains highly depressed.
